She's worked on camera or lighting crew for Hallmark Channel, Travel Channel, HGTV, Netflix, Yahoo, Firefox, Disney Channel, Facebook TV, All BLK network, Adidas, Speedo, Hydroflask, Qualcomm, Intel, United, Chase, Blue Shield, etc. She grew up backstage at Michigan Ballet Theater learning lighting & effects. She apprenticed in an environmental science lab at 11 and won National & Presidential awards for her activism. She stole Dad's VHS and shot films to raise awareness. After film school, she focused on cinematography spending 15 years as a Producer/Shooter worldwide. Co-Owner of One Match Fire, a Certified Service Connected Disabled Veteran Owned Production Company.

Navy, becoming a Veteran of Foreign Wars, deploying as an Aviation Hydraulic Mechanic (ABE) then serving over 10 years as a Navy Drug & Alcohol Counselor and retiring as a Navy Chief. Michele retired from service. She holds a bachelors degree in business and is currently furthering her knowledge by studying at
